The 17th Annual Workshop on Economic Heterogeneous Interacting Agents (WEHIA 2012) was held in UniversitéPanthéon-Assas from 21st to 23rd June. Dr. Saul Desiderio and Dr. Siyanchen of our school were invited to attend this conference and deliver presentations. Their reports are respectively named “Monetary and fiscal policy experiments in an agent-based macro model with financial frictions” and “Agent-based microfoundations for k-generalized distributions of personal income and wealth”. They communicated with participants about our school’s progress and scientific research.
WEHIA is an annual event hosted by the Society for Economic Science with Heterogeneous Interacting Agents (ESHIA), with the purpose of providing a platform for scholars in the area of complex socioeconomic system to communicate and exchange their research outputs, especially for the application and development of research methods.
