On 23rd April, the students of STU Business School's MBA program visited the Eastern Economic Development Zone of Shantou and venue of the 13th Chenghai Toys Exihibition. Dr Xie Shunlong and Dr Lin Jiali, deputy directors of MBA Education Centre, led the tour of a group of 30.
At the construction site of the Development Zone, General Secretary Zhang of Shantou Municipal Committee explained to the visitors the current progress of the construction and river regulations in the Xin Jin and Wai Sha rivers.
In the Exhibition centre, visitors were told by the organizers that 292 firms will be attending this year's fair, literally providing a platform upon which attendees get to exhibit, communicate and exploit business opportunities.
