Mr Xu Lei, a former Grade 2006 postgraduate student of Shantou University Business School, recently has his thesis be recognised as the '2010 Guangdong Excellent Thesis'.
Selecting degree thesis of high quality is a key part of the mission of Guangdong's innovative project in postgraduate education which aims to encourage innovation and standing out of those highly talented while improving the quality of postgraduate education. In accordance with the requirements set in the relevant official documents published by Guangdong provincial authorities, 29 doctorate and 86 postgraduate thesis were awarded the prize after a series of assessments conducted by relevant professionals. The results were also published openly on the internet as a means of ensuring fairness.
Mr Xu Lei did well in his courses when he was a postgraduate student in Shantou University. He completed 6 academic thesis by the time he finished his degree and most notably, 3 of them were collected by EI.
