The Second Young Scholars Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research was successfully held.

Time : 2018-06-07
     From June 1st to June 3rd on 2018 , the Second Young Scholars Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research in the theme of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Strategy in the New Economy Era” was held by STU. 
      
      The Forum was organized by Business School of Shantou University with the great support and co-organization from Entrepreneurship College of Shantou Unierversity. The joint editor-in-chief team of the Forum consists of Prof. Jun Yang from Nankai University, Prof. Hang Zhu from Sun Yat-sen University, Prof. Qiang Liang from Shantou University and so on. Totally 30 Professors from other universities in China have attended the forum.


       At the opening of the forum,Prof. Danming Lin, the Vice Presidentof Shantou University delivered a welcome speech, introducing the relevant academic platforms and achievements in the field of innovation and Entrepreneurship of Shantou University to the participants. Mr. Wan Lu, subeditor of the Southern Economy, also addressed the forum from the perspective of academic journals.
 
      Forty-five papers were submitted to the forum. After the initial review by the chief editor of the journal and the anonymous review by experts, 13 papers were eventually reported in the forum. The authors of the papers were from Jilin University, Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Jinan University, Shihezi University, Zhejiang Wanli University, South China Agricultural University, Shanghai University and Shantou University.

      On the basis of anonymous expert review, a democratic vote was held at the end of the forum, and three excellent papers were selected by the joint editor-in-chief of the forum and the participants of the conference. The conference ended in the awarding ceremony of the award-winning papers. The forum was a complete success.
