The 11th AIA Quest for the Champion Communicator Competition was held at Central University of Finance and Economics on 8th April. Aimed to highlight the importance of linguistic skills, the competition attracted contenders from all over the nation, including Tsinghua University, Shantou University and HKBU. Miss Jiayun Wen, a sophomore in Accounting from Business School, represented Shantou University to participate in this event. Miss Wen received much appreciation and compliments from judges for her confidence and performance.
Designed to encourage undergraduates to use languages with confidence in future workplace, the competition consists speech and Q&A sessions in Mandarin and English. Judging committee members of this year's event include Dr. Yisheng Chen from AIA HK, Mr. Yaokun Yuan from AIA HK, Dr. George Ricketts, etc.
